Our quality management system incorporates full material batch traceability and where required quality plans, ISIR’s, process capability studies, FMEA reports & PPAP / PSW inspection documentation can be provided.

We have a fully equipped inspection department which includes a state of the art Faro Gauge measuring arm. Not only will this allow us to measure all your critical features, such as hole positions / pcd’s, diameters, flatness, straightness, concentricity, angularity etc. It also allows us to inspect complex curvature / features and compare them against 3D CAD model utilising Delam PowerInspect software.
