Injection Moulding

The aim of our company is to produce plastic injection moulded products to the highest standards demanded by industry today. To this end we have a range of machines from 8 tonne lock with vertical split line injection up to 450 tonne CNC with pick and place robotics.

We are predominantly an engineering component manufacturer for medical analysis equipment and also specialise in transparent "Point of Sale" display items.

Our company processes a wide range of thermoplastic polymers, the standard range includes polystyrene, polypropylene, nylon P.V.C., polycarbonate, A.B.S., Acetal, acrylic, S.A.N., polyethylene, and thermo rubber. Most of these can be supplied reinforced with glass fibre, glass sphere or talc filled as standard. We can also process specialist high performance materials like ryton, L.C.P radel, T.P.E, noryl. and P.B.T.
